Repeat Offenders

As of October 2007, the Justice Force entered into a coalition with the Repeat Offenders. Currently, Justice Force - Alpha Strike is the coalition shard. Below is a description pulled from RO's own wiki site, the RO Universe.

"The Repeat Offenders network is a coalition of Supergroups across several servers with the primary purpose of linking players likeminded with regard to certain approaches to teaming, especially including having multiple characters with the same de/buff set (e.g., Radiation, Kinetics). The name is derived from the term adopted on the CoX forums to describe defenders with aggressive playstyles-- 'Offenders,' plus the idea of having many of them, hence the 'repeat.'

The Repeat Offenders network is primarily organized through the Repeat Offenders global channel, and the website Repeat Offenders Network.

Only persons who have some character in some RO coalitioned SG, somewhere, become members of RO. Once you are a member of RO, however, you remain a member for the purposes of this wiki even if you take a break from CoH or have had your character booted for SG space reasons. No effort will be made to purge the wiki of information on or by players who are on hiatus or are rotating their characters in and out of active play (and RO SG membership) because of their altoholism unless wiki space problems become severe, and in any case it will not be done without discussion or warning."
